Refund eligibility requires documented proof of a system-level technical issue. User misunderstanding, feature limitations, or preference dissatisfaction do not qualify as technical failures.
3. Definition of Technical Failure
A “technical failure” refers to:
- System error preventing paid feature activation
- Payment processed but premium access not granted
- Verified server malfunction affecting paid functionality
- Duplicate billing caused by system error
Temporary downtime, slow performance, or third-party gateway delays do not automatically qualify as refundable events.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

7. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
Payments are processed via authorized third-party gateways. URL SMMIZO does not store complete card or banking credentials. Refund timelines may depend on the processing bank or gateway.

URL SMMIZO reserves full discretion to approve or reject any refund request after technical investigation. The decision made by the platform shall be final and binding.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Morena, Madhya Pradesh.
