Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent account deletion without prior notice.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the links they shorten and share. URL SMMIZO does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for third-party content. If any user shares illegal or harmful links, the legal responsibility remains entirely with the user.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account found violating our policies, without prior notice. Policy violations may lead to immediate service termination.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Paid plans are refundable only within 7 days and strictly in cases of verified technical issues caused by the platform.

No refund will be issued in case of policy violation, misuse, or suspension due to prohibited activities.

6. Advertising Policy

Free users may see advertisements served through Google AdSense. Paid users receive an ad-free experience.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime. However, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

URL SMMIZO shall not be held responsible for:

Third-party website content
User misuse of shortened links
Data loss due to external factors
Financial or legal damages arising from user actions

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
